When I mean ships, I mean characters that I wish were together but are not or are. Confusing, no? Fan-fiction works well with ships because it's about characters or people you want together. It's where your imagination can run wild! That being said, I read a lot of fan-fictions, which is why there is a page on this blog specifically for that. I know some people might not like it, but I used to be the same. For you to enjoy fan-fiction, you need to know how to start with the best ones to actually have joy in reading it đ
I remember when I first read a fan-fiction, I hated it! I didn't like anything about it because it wasn't the original plot and character behaviors, they were all OOC (Out of Character). Then by accident I read another fan-fiction. It was a Nalu (Natsu x Lucy) a Fairy Tail fan-fiction. How I started reading it was because I was researching whether Natsu and Lucy would end up as a couple, or would they have kissed and I hadn't known about it. I know, cringe me, right? For searching things like that đ But what can I say, I was a huge fan of theirs đ. Anyways, I didn't know it was a fan-fiction because when I started reading, it felt like the real thing. I felt as if it were the actual characters and not rewritten from someone else's perspective. I realized it was a fan-fiction once I finished the chapters and saw the author's note đ . Point being, some fan-fictions are so well written that you wouldn't think it is one, unless your oblivious like me. From then I started searching for more fan-fictions and just got hooked into them. I also like ships that I believe people might not be a fond of like for example Sasuhina (Sasuke x Hinata) from Naruto.
I feel like there will be a lot of hate because of this ship I'm mentioning đ đ . I got into this ship because of the first fan-fiction I read of theirs. The writing style and the way the author had presented them was brilliant. It made me wish it was true that they existed in the anime. Actually speaking I wasn't much of a fan of Sasuke in the beginning, but reading fan-fictions about him made me actually appreciate and like him.
Guys fan-fiction is literally where your imagination goes wild because there are no limits to what your mind can do. This is why I love fan-fictions because although there maybe some similar ideas it's all open concept, it's entertaining to see what others think, their ideas! Ahhh đđđ I'm getting to hyped lol!
My Point is guys, give some ships that you don't like a try. I will be posting a lot of different variety of fan-fictions that are paired with the most unlikely characters. Read it because you might like it and actually might want more. If you guys have some recommendations for fan-fictions or anything in general just comment or contact me and I will make sure to upload them onto the blog.
